14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@zorabrowne.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
